The sketch, before inking and painting.
Recently someone here on lj, 
cocaineboy, commissioned me to paint a teacup piece. She requested a classic green teacup with a fern pattern and a tiger moth perched on the rim. Below the cut I have included some sketches I did when we were working on the design, and the finished peice.
