Hey Hey,

Just wanted to mention that I'm leaving this community, sorta. I'm joined on both my writing and personal journal right now and since this is a more so poems and songs community, I'll stayed joined on my writing account, xlovexmexplsxfor those of you that don't know it. Will post from there as well, as I have been doing. So this is just a note saying I'm leaving it from my personal journal though.

Don't worry, lyraslyrics, doesn't mean I love this community any less ok!!!

Look forward to my many coming writings from my writing account! Just posted one today as well.

I pretty much hve nothing interesting to post at the moment. I haven't been able to write anything for awhile now. But when I do, I'll let you know.

I thought your sentences were meaningless,
for the things you said were dead.
But I didn't realise their hold on me,
the strange effect on my head.

It used to be so clear, you know,
clear as if looking through glass.
I knew my opinions and the thoughts I carried,
but that time has long since passed.

But now life has changed a little,
and I can't tell up from down.
When looking you straight in the eye,
I can't tell if you hold a smile or a frown.

Maybe it was preventable,
like some odd virus or disease.
Yet everytime I look at you,
I can't find a way for this pain to ease.

Because I know...

... One day I'll die trying to tell you
that I love you more than the wind and the rain,
and everyday lived without you,
is a day I lived in pain.
