In this context, the analysis focuses on a methodological approach, permanently reframed by the conceptual, analytical and theoretical updated frameworks. This manner reflects the versioning process of the hardware and software development, and highlights the educational technology concept integrated in a classical teaching-learning activity.

E-science is a similar system, too, but it is based on recursive educational processes and iterative implementations of technologies. E-education is by definition, and by default, a just in time learning system. E-society is a native environment for all forms of the traditional education: formal, non-formal and informal education. At the same time, e-society is a native environment for structured educational resources: electronic, digital and virtual resources. In this context, the standard e-classroom become the native environment in order to develop a just in time teaching and learning system. This article presents the conceptual framework as a knowledge one, for such an approach, based on the meta language and the object language, as a twofold research paradigm, and details the theoretical framework as a comprehension one, and the analytical framework, as an application for a solution, including a case study.

This environment consists of two interdependent divisions: theory and technology. First division occurs as a recursive research, while the second one becomes an application of the research activity. Over time, theories integrate methodologies and technology extends as infrastructure. The engine of this environment is learning, as the human activity of knowledge work. The threshold term of this model is the concepts map; it is based on Bloom ’ taxonomy for the cognitive domain and highlights the notion of software scaffolding which is grounded in Vygotsky’s Social Development Theory with its major theme, Zone of Proximal Development. This article is designed as a conceptual paper, which analyzes specific structures of this type of educational research: the model reflects a foundation for a theory and finally, the theory evolves as groundwork for a system. The outcomes of this kind of approach are the examples, which are, theoretically, learning outcomes...

In each area, researchers have eventually had to change, adapt or recreate their own forms of “scientific methods” before their methods began to yield the quality of results and understanding that these researchers were seeking. In the area of applied science, the use of the scientific method initially often seems to yield spectacular results. Innovations in atomic science, space research, medical practice, transport, management science, agriculture and biotechnology appeared to make rapid and groundbreaking progress. But each has suffered from more and more unexpected and sometimes disastrous side-effects. One of these attempts has been completely successful becoming a “computer” and thirty years later a “personal computer” as a reflection of a social life in an inanimate physical world where it had to be storage. The background and the foreground of the e-science determine the growths of the e-business and the quality of the e-education. E-education evolves as an engine for the cognitive infrastructure of the esociety and it works with information technology, which is a dynamic concept in time and in space. This paper highlights the importance of the account between theory and practice in scientific research in e-education, reviewing the e-society timeline using an educational perspective. It describes an updated knowledge framework for scientific research in eeducation, developing directions for comprehension of different analytical frameworks. Within a case study, it presents an approach based on classes of applications focused on metacognitive development in assisted instruction.

This method is still widely in use today because it requires only a person who knows how to do the task, and the tools the person uses to do the task. This paper is intended to be a study of the methods used in education in Knowledge Society, with more specific aspects in training the trainers; as a result of this approach, it promotes scaffolding in assisted instruction as a reflection of the digital age for the learning process. Training the trainers in old environment with default techniques and designing the learning process in assisted instruction, as an application of the Vygotskian concept of the zone of proximal development (ZPD) to the area of computer literacy for the younger users, generate diversity in educational communities and requires standards for technology infrastructure, standards for the content, developed as a concepts map, and applications for personalized instruction, based on ZPD theory.

A solution in this context is to integrate technology in the educational system, extending it as e-Education. E-Education is a dynamic system and a concept developed on three kinds of infrastructure which are likely to emerge: technological infrastructure, conceptual infrastructure of the type of the study programmes, and cognitive infrastructure of all participants involved in the teaching-learning activities. The purpose of this paper is to provide a meaningful framework for contextual learning, developed on the idea that a personal computer can deliver many skills to a student, but only academic environment can connect those skills to a modern community where they belong. This approach is developed on the much known principle which sustain that the educational system becomes the engine of the learning society.
