Work with Asia’s best data scientists

The Analytics, Computing, and Complex Systems Laboratory (ACCeSs@AIM) is Asian Institute of Management’s (AIM) very own facility that leads and promotes the use of complex systems science, data science, artificial intelligence, and computational models to help industries, government agencies, and other sectors to innovate.

Our Expertise

Project MINERVA (Monitoring of Indicators for Efficient Redevelopment and Value Assessment) is a collaborative effort between AIM, Baguio City, and the University of the Philippines Baguio, funded by the Department of Science and Technology, to complement Baguio city’s urban and ecological renewal initiatives.

Services and Facilities

**Transforming Asian countries

The Analytics, Computing, and Complex Systems Laboratory of the Asian Institute of Management (ACCeSs@AIM) spearheads an ecosystem that encourages research and development across sectors through partnerships between industry experts. By pursuing projects that impact the general public, ACCeSs@AIM can enhance the sustainability and adaptability of companies.

**Data science lab in business school

The Analytics, Computing, and Complex Systems Laboratory of the Asian Institute of Management (ACCeSs@AIM) has been set up to support the academic programs under AIM’s Aboitiz School of Innovation, Technology, & Entrepreneurship (ASITE). It is positioned as a catalyst for generating impact, powering innovation, and creating value in the Asian context.

**Solving real-world problems

As the world becomes interconnected, real-world problems are more complicated. To provide a solution, the Analytics, Computing, and Complex Systems Laboratory of the Asian Institute of Management (ACCeSs@AIM) uses modeling complex systems in complexity science, network science, machine learning, deep learning, and multiagent systems to observe and analyze emergent behaviors.

**Contributing to the community

The scientists of the Analytics, Computing, and Complex Systems Laboratory of the Asian Institute of Management (ACCeSs@AIM) are dedicated to advancing science and computing through journal publications. The research lab supports different units at AIM to improve institutional productivity–impacting AIM’s Data Science program by mentoring its students.

**World class facilities

The Analytics, Computing, and Complex Systems Laboratory of the Asian Institute of Management (ACCeSs@AIM) is home to one of the region’s fastest AI supercomputers with a top speed of 1.2 petaFLOPS. Named ‘Super Jojie,’ it has been working non-stop, supporting graduate students’ capstone projects with industry partners, thesis dissertations, and Data Science and AI research collaborations with various stakeholders.
