Method: This article is recognizing and categorizing Internet addiction pathology with emphasis on sexual behaviors with research library method. Findings: The findings indicate that Internet sex addiction can have devastating effects. As users become comfortable with virtual forms of sex material they experience changes in their behavior. And once unlocked online sex material it can be difficult to return to the initial state. Internet sex addiction follows a progressive set of stages. The workplace generates social capital in three broad ways. First, the job is where people build to trust relationships based on mutual assistance. Second, workplaces act as recruiting grounds for individuals and community organizations that are building social capital outside the office or factory walls. Third, employers contribute as organizations – by sponsoring volunteer teams, by donating money to worthy causes, and by instituting " work-life " programs to make it easier for employees to meet family and community obligations. Here there are four principles to re-engaging roles of social work to build social capital in workplace: 1-Bridge occupational divides 2-" Legitimize " social capital from the top, 3-Make social capital pay and 4-Boost the civic potential of the " New Workforce ". At last occupational social work aims to ensure the life satisfaction, safety, optimum working capacity and the well-being of the working population. A diagnosis of cancer carries a great deal of emotion and fear of uncertainty. Social support in the face of a diagnosis regarded as a life crisis can impact the course of the disease, positively or negatively. Cancer patients need for support is often extended beyond the initial diagnosis and well into the treatment phase and frequently beyond remission. Social workers are the primary providers of psychosocial services in cancer treatment centers around the world. With their expertise in cancer and its psychosocial impact on patients and their family/community, social workers have training in dealing with psychosocial issues such as anxiety, family relationships, changes in lifestyle during and following treatment. Providing social support to the family members of patient with cancer is a part of integral care delivery of social workers. Social workers are also there to help patients with reintegration in to the workforce and to cope with fears about recurrence and death which are stressors experienced by many cancer patients. The following sections describe the role of the social worker in more detail along the treatment trajectory: 1) Diagnosis 2) Treatment 3) Palliative Care.

HIV/AIDS is a kind of chronic illness that not only ends with the termination of life but also has a long term impact on the day to day living of the patient and his family also it can make the person physically, psychologically and socially disabled. HIV/AIDS is a socially disabling illness because of the combined effects of its perceived high risks of transmission, its long asymptomatic incubation period, its current status as incurable, and its links with highly stigmatized groups in our society. Social Work as a profession is concerned with helping and empowering vulnerable populations. Empowerment model has five models: personal, social, educational, economic, and political. These dimensions serve as a focus for practice and are inexorably intertwined with each other. Also there are several themes in the HIV/AIDS case management process and the roles of the social workers in servicing those clients. The first theme noted was that HIV/AIDS clients are an extremely vulnerable population and thus are often in need of advocacy services from social workers. The second component of HIV/AIDS case management involves linkage with other services and systems and requires that social workers take on the role of a services broker. The third theme is that the case manager is often the central support system. Serving as a vital part of a client's support system requires that workers often simultaneously work as counselors and educators.

With increasing age, the disease of the elderly, such as dementia will increase dramatically;therefore, the role of social workers to response this issue is
highlighted.
This paper reviews the role and scope of evidence-based social work practice in the care of patients with dementia and suggested several important ways, according to research from libraries and documentation targets. The main approach of social workers is community-based care that focuses on the role of referral management in organized and coordinating services. On the other hand, there is no supporting evidence for extensive intervention by social work in the field of aging research priorities is needed. In addition social workers acquire knowledge and skills in the care of patients with dementia in the professional development in the field of advanced medical technology, pharmaceutical interventions and behavioral therapies are able to increase the life of older people with dementia. In individual section, patients with dementia require trained social workers in gerontology that can provide services for elderly patients. In family section, social workers specializing in families and the elderly can successfully deal with problems and get the highest potential physically, psychologically, socially and economically important role to play. In community section the main role of social workers is informing and educating public. Furthermore social workers should also simultaneously perform quantitative and qualitative research focused on how to enhance the quality of life.

Results: The findings suggest that the social work profession, a professional social worker confidante, he/she's privacy framework within which it can maintain or disclose a secret, confidential and professional people to take action , as well as sources reveal the secret and sacred religious texts known as practical. However, the actual gains and losses to follow God's commandments, which is the subject of religious references to the need for privacy; there are exceptions which are placed in two general categories: 1) The validity of others' privacy disclosure. 2) The validity of self-disclosure confidentiality. Results: The results of this study indicate that the extent and depth of the topic of Islamic ethics, on the one hand it seems necessary to Privacy Principles of Islamic Ethics degree in social work practice social work students be taught to learners and confidentiality in their professional practice to be institutionalized and the other with a positive attitude among the general public than others to keep secret, to increase the level of trust and social capital in the community.

Method: This article is the result of a study to gather information, reading books and articles related to the valid and search Internet resources are used. Results: The findings suggest that the social work profession, a professional social worker confidante, he/she's privacy framework within which it can maintain or disclose a secret, confidential and professional people to take action , as well as sources reveal the secret and sacred religious texts known as practical. However, the actual gains and losses to follow God's commandments, which is the subject of religious references to the need for privacy; there are exceptions which are placed in two general categories: 1) The validity of others' privacy disclosure. 2) The validity of self-disclosure confidentiality. Results: The results of this study indicate that the extent and depth of the topic of Islamic ethics, on the one hand it seems necessary to Privacy Principles of Islamic Ethics degree in social work practice social work students be taught to learners and confidentiality in their professional practice to be institutionalized and the other with a positive attitude among the general public than others to keep secret, to increase the level of trust and social capital in the community.

Although this technology has some advantages and usefulness, it has some defects that we can mention to addiction particularly sexual addiction.Method: This article is recognizing and categorizing Internet addiction pathology with emphasis on sexual behaviors with research library method. Findings: The findings indicate that Internet sex addiction can have devastating effects. As users become comfortable with virtual forms of sex material they experience changes in their behavior. And once unlocked online sex material it can be difficult to return to the initial state.Internet sex addiction follows a progressive set of stages. The addiction process involves discovery, experimentation escalation, compulsion and hopelessness. Results: At the end, according to the understanding reached, in order to reduce the harm caused by Internet addiction it is suggested that before these harmful relationships occurred public education is as essential as to be considered with urgency because public education helps to reduce the cultural lag between technology and the consumer culture.
