Shane Walden, Managing Director of ANL and CMA CGM Group Agencies - Oceania, was thrilled to join a panel at the Ports Australia Conference last week in Hobart. The panel, chaired by Marika Calfas, CEO of NSW Ports, focused on strategies to maximise Australia’s supply chain efficiency. Shane was joined by Wayne Johnson (GAICD), CEO and Managing Director of ARTC, and Christine Holgate, CEO of Team Global Express. A few of the topics that were discussed included the global environment’s impact on Australia's supply chain productivity, building resilient infrastructure in a changing climate, and the effects of decarbonisation on supply chain costs and efficiency. Thank you to Ports Australia for a fantastic conference. We look forward to attending next year!
