- During our End-Of-Year Presentation, we announced our two Fire It Up Award recipients. The Fire It Up Award was created to acknowledge those who go above and beyond in embodying the Coates values. We are thrilled to recognize Ebony O'Brien for our Leadership Award! Ebony demonstrates extraordinary leadership across her team, consistently delivering stellar results for the business while creating a positive and uplifting environment. As ANZ Market Director, Ebony brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to the ANZ performance while always ensuring she's maintaining a people-first mentality. We're looking for a Sydney-based Technical Business Analyst who can liaise with a variety of stakeholders in translating actionable business requirements into functional and technical specifications including process mapping of functional flows.
