[We ACT for the planet 🌍] What if our old roads and infrastructure still had a lot to offer? Starting Monday, find out how Colas gives materials a second life through recycling. For the next two weeks, we’ll be posting about the concrete, sustainable solutions we’ve put in place. 👉 Check back in soon to learn more about recycling like you've never seen it before. 🚧 #Recycling #CircularEconomy #Sustainability #ColasCares - ♻️ ECO Sustainable Asphalt ♻️ To make asphalt pavements more sustainable, we have been producing and laying ECO Asphalt. This innovative mix design uses less non-renewable materials and less energy in the manufacturing process - resulting in a lower carbon footprint compared to traditional mixes while delivering the same performance. With ECO Asphalt, you get a solution that incorporates: ✅ Warm Mix technology ✅ High-performance binders ✅ Recycled crushed glass ✅ Crumb rubber from end-of-life truck tyres ✅ Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) ✅ Liquid adhesion agents For high-performance sustainable asphalt, reach out to COLAS today at info@colas.com.au and together we can make a difference.#COLAS #Australia #Sustainability #Asphalt #Pavement #Roads
- A happy welcome back for our teams! 😄 Last week saw the return of our crews in NSW with the Reinduction Day, which involved reviewing and reflecting our performance statistics, safety tracking and habits, pre-starts, and productivity. We also had an interactive awareness session focusing on blind spots for plant and equipment followed by a catch-up BBQ. With our teams back for 2025, do you have any asphalt projects that need our attention?
