The lovely Mackay family recently attended Ingenia Holidays Cape Paterson for some much needed rest and relaxation. Bianca and Neil attended the park with their three sons Dylan, Jayden and Connor. The family have faced many health challenges with their young boys, and expressed deep gratitude for this opportunity to take a break together. Bianca said, “I noticed one constant- something we have not seen for a very, very long time! The joy and happiness in both Connor and Jayden’s eyes, and entire faces! And with that big brother Dylan just having pure relief and gratitude on his face pretty much the entire weekend. I am not sure if you could tell from the photos but we are so grateful for you and the entire Ingenia team. These emotions are emotions we have not seen for a long time. We feel so humbled that our family was chosen and spoiled like this but also do have to admit how much we truly needed this as well, and missed seeing our beautiful boys like this!”Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia Ingenia Communities Group #familytime #partnerships #capepaterson #victoria #ingeniaholidays - Congratulations to our exceptional 2024 Elevate Leadership Team! A holiday can mean so much more for families when they need it most. It is a chance where families can simply unwind and enjoy precious moments together. Thanks to our generous friends at Ingenia Communities Group and their amazing staff at Ingenia Holiday Parks Phillip Island, Isabel, Giovanna, baby Ernstro and big brother Quintero were able to reconnect together as a family and spend time together away from the hospital. Isabel and Giovanna were beyond thankful for their family getaway, “we didn’t know at the time, but before Philip Island, we were actually disconnected from the world. You helped us create these wonderful core memories that will fuel us through the tougher days and give us hope.” Thank you to our incredible National Corporate Partner, Ingenia Communities for providing this amazing experience to a well-deserving family. - Ingenia Communities announced the Group’s 1H24 result on 20 February 2024. Revenue was up 22% on 1H23, reflecting the benefit of CPI linked rental growth, the addition of new homes and cabins and ongoing growth from Holiday Parks. EBIT (of $55.1 million) was up 34% on 1H23. Underlying EPS of 10.7 cents per security was 27% up on prior corresponding period. The development pipeline was extended, with new sites identified (including an additional opportunity within the Joint Venture with Sun Communities) and development approvals obtained for three new communities. A total of 176 new home settlements were delivered in 1H24 with a further 402 homes currently deposited or contracted. The Group is on track to deliver FY24 guidance, with a well-positioned balance sheet and robust demand for quality affordable seniors housing and domestic travel.
