I'm moving out of my apartment and need to sublet!!The lease is for 9 months from August 1, 2006 to May 1, 2007. The apartment is a furnished 4/4 and my lease is for 1 Br/1 Bath of the apartment. The complex is gated, has a security guard, full gym, resort-style pool, and tennis courts. It is also on the UT shuttle and other bus routes and is only a 10-min drive to campus and 5-min drive to downtown Austin.Located near grocery stores, fast food and other restaurants. (HEB literally on the street corner)The complex is pretty quiet, it's ALL students and really conveniently located.Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions. Hi. I'm 32 nearly 33 (argh) and live in SA but come to Austin quite a bit. I am really interested in finding a few friends, or just anyone that I get on with and gets on with me, for going out to clubs or gigs. I don't go out that much but when I do I always notice how nobody I know in SA really likes dancing or gigs so I miss them. If anyone is interested and not weird beyond manangeable then I'd like to get in touch. Strictly friends-only :)
