Anthony "Andy" Lovell (born 28 July 1970) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne and West Coast in the AFL.
Originally from Glenorchy, Lovell was drafted by Melbourne in the first national draft and made his debut early in the 1988 season as a 17-year-old, playing 22 games that year including the Demons' Grand Final loss to Hawthorn. He finished second in the Demons' best and fairest in 1992, and played 121 games for Melbourne before being traded to West Coast at the end of 1995 in a straight swap for Craig Turley. Lovell played 43 games over three seasons before retiring at the end of 1998.
He then moved into coaching, serving on West Coast's coaching panel for four seasons before being appointed as senior coach of East Perth for the 2003 season. He coached at the Royals for two years before rejoining the AFL system as an assistant coach at Geelong. Lovell coached the Sandringham Zebras in the Victorian Football League between 2008 and 2010 before joining the incoming Gold Coast Suns as an assistant coach, a role he held until 2018.
