The case of a 30 year-old male with intermittent rectal bleeding with an evolution of 2 years and symptoms related to chronic ferropenic anemia is presented. The rectal endoscopy was interpreted as a malignant neoplastic epithelial lesion spread throughout the rectum. The biopsy indicated that it was a rectal hemangioma. A surgical resection was successfully performed. The study of the surgical specimen concluded that it was a diffuse rectal hemangioma.

He had both severe microcític anemia and hypoalbuminemia. The contrasted x-ray showed the esophagus with irregular edges that compromised their cervical and distal portions. In the computerized axial tomography cervical adenopathies, bilateral pleural effusion and pronouncing esophagic thickening were evident. In endoscopy dispersed elevated lesions were observed from the underlying area of the cricopharinx, some with nodular and tumor like aspect, that distributed throughout the esophagus until an area of stenosis (32 cm of dental arches); the estenosis was tapestried with an irregular and easy bleeding mucosa. The histological study revealed adenoid cystic carcinoma of esophagus, with positive inmunocytochemical to cytokeratin. We showed the clinical-pathological findings and images of this case and we reviewed reports of this rare entity.

Data were categorized by decade (70's n = 66, 80's n = 84 and 90's n = 98) and analyzed for significant differences by ANOVAS (p < 0.05).RESULTS: Value are presented in mean +/- standard deviation in chronological order. Age (years) 24 +/- 2, 26 +/- 2 and 27 +/- 3*. Weight (kg) 74 +/- 4, 73 +/- 4 and 74 +/- 5. Height (cm) 173 +/- 4, 175 +/- 4 and 176 +/- 5*. Body fat (%) 15 +/- 4, 12 +/- 4& and 10 +/- 4#*. In particular these findings might be related to the improvement at international setting of the South American and Mexican soccer level. Despite the favorable changes and the personal claim of great skill in these players more physiological gains must be aimed and acquired in order to compete in similar circumstances with national teams of superior international levels.

social, lingüístico y simbólico, he propuesto que existe
desarrollar estructuras sociales estables y
fenotipias conductuales, no serían entonces

Plucking the daisy of Autism. An explanatory theory for the genesis and understanding of autism from a neuroanthropological perspective., 2023

This perspective is approached from neuroanthropology and is supported by clinical experience, biomedicine, anthropology, psychology, and philosophy. The author acknowledges that there are many doubts surrounding this hypothesis, but this motivates further investigation and exploration of new possibilities to understand autism. The objective of the work is to phenomenologically explain autism and offer a different epistemological theoretical prism to comprehend it.

An explanatory theory for the genesis and understanding of autism from a neuroanthropological perspective.
By Mtr. Humberto Guerrero
The most significant contribution of this work, perhaps it is the fact of having contemplated the autistic condition, from the perspective of representation.
So I started the book "Margarita para los chanchos. Autism, representing an approach ", now is the time to make corrections and significant changes, not to the content itself, but to the epistemology and the way in which I approach the autism in an intuitive way, I took by assault the possibility of a psychoanalytic vision, I do not deny the risks involved today, talk about psychoanalysis, but I was wrong. No, in relation to what psychoanalysis means as a theoretical tool for the understanding of different phenomena; It remains, in my opinion, a powerful tool. Only that there are no more men for psychoanalysis or science.
Society has changed and resists looking at an introspective exercise, neuroscience has displaced any possibility of psychism (an apparatus that I believe exists in the person), in that sense it would be an inadequate epistemological proposal for today's man and for "science "; less adequate to explain the condition of autism.
I always had a holistic thought between positions that were moving away from each other throughout history, neuroscience and psychology, the behavior of man and his neurodevelopment. Neurology and anthropology; both disciplines were distancing one from the other, not being able to find, or not wanting to find points of valuable conciliation, complementation and why not say it, not collaborate together to better explain man and his human condition.
While neurology evolved into a dangerous reduction ... anthropologists of all specialties developed a certain "biofobia", which led them to marginalize those who had marginalized them, preventing any possible dialogue.
Josefa Ros Velazco-2012
Although new in its development and much newer to me, neuroanthropology arises from the need to explain satisfactorily to the actions of man and behaviors that modified or adapted by the environment and culture, produce changes in the neurodevelopment, not only changes that I will name: soft (perceptive and representational) but hard (structural and neurofunctional), the term itself "Neuroanthropology" was coined by a sociologist Warren Tenhouten and by the neurologist Oliver Sacks.
I overlooked this detail when I read the work of Oliver Sacks "An Anthropologist on Mars, Seven Paradoxical Accounts" (2005), although in my first book I quote it, it made me impertinent, just as I quoted Isaac Asimov, perhaps be an impertinence in which you must persist. Apparently an author disqualified by neurologists is claimed by anthropologists.
The representation, will remain a central aspect of this theoretical speculation, only that the epistemology that I will use, the prism by which we will analyze this theory will be Neuroanthropology.
In my previous introduction I wrote:
As long as the subject with autism does not feel or perceive in a dysfunctional way, the world is represented in a particular way; the subtle difference of the concept puts attention on the mechanisms of representation.
Although these mechanisms are subordinated to sensory functions, they not only depend on the possibilities of hypo or hyper sensory sensitivity or the peculiarities in "perception". They are determined and signified from the cultural environment in which the person with ASD develops.
When we speak of "world" in a broad sense, we speak of everything that is in our environment, what is substantially perceived and what is representatively affective or emotional. The world in our environment is ceded by our parents, through a cultural mode implicit in a language and actions impregnated with meanings that tell a story, the history of our parents, our grandparents and ancestors. A cultural history that constitutes a particular mode of representation of this world that contains the child.
In such a way the represented world, of the subject with autism, depends as it is clear, of its cognitive and perceptive functions, but far from being isolated in relation to the context, they are part of it, and the difficulty of communication and encounter with the other, he is not alone, in relation to an impairment of neurological functions, but to a particular mode of representation, where the subject with ASD does not manage to make the "conventional codes" of his culture his own, constructing somehow his own, analogical representation and not conventional of its environment.
The greater the possibility of establishing conventional representations, the less the difficulties of the person with ASD to establish communication of all kinds. The condition is invariably subject to this premise. In ASD people, the mechanism for establishing conventional representations seems to escape cultural convention; it slips between discourse and the meanings of the environment.
I argue that the only constant of the TEA is the impossibility of the subject to establish conventional representations.
It is the community to which the subject with ASD belongs, who establishes more or less criteria of inclusion, as he or she is more inclined to accept views that are further away from the cultural convention. In terms that are understood; more flexible to the neurodiverse possibility of the subject.
The possibilities of neurodevelopment, not only correspond to the neurophysiological possibilities of the person, or to their particular way of thinking, depends essentially on the conditions and spaces that the social community seeks, and how much the community allows to be penetrated by this particular mode of representation which differs from the convention.
Now that we have understood this bio-neuro-psycho-social subject (cultural summary), what is the mechanism that allows us to unite these epistemological ontologies, in a single conventional language? What is the mechanism that allows us to communicate and understand each other?
The mechanism understands, as is clear, several intricately interrelated elements that can be explained analytically from different epistemes, such as the human constitution.
But I have given myself the task of finding a common and moderately satisfactory denominator, which explains this mechanism in a holistic way and is the study and understanding of the olfactory function and its relationship with ASD. As the smell is given to the unconscious task in the subject to establish conventional representations.
"Deshojando Margaritas", it tries to explain with a neuroanthropological vision, the possible multifactorial genesis of the TEA giving answer to the following questions:
What sense is the first to be involved in the perceptual act, therefore defines the representational mode of the subject?
Would smell be the main "computer" of our representations?
In such a case, what I call in a figurative way to explain a different way of smelling, "an olfactory color blindness", would result in a particular and unique way of unconventional representation and would be manifested by what we understand as Autism Spectrum Disorder ?
