Hey did anyone go to masquerade?? Because my group and I were in it, YEAH we were "Magical trash minus one" Two skull kids and Kafei from Zelda: Majora's Mask.... Man, You know the Pokemon group in the can can dresses?? THEY WERE SO COOL and really nice people... but hey... Masq was perdy cool

If you've not registered online to volunteer for AnimeExpo 2005, do so now as we will be shutting down the online registration on June 10th. That means just one thing...YOU HAVE TWO DAYS TO REGISTER!!!! AAAHHHHH!!!!!Of course, this being said, if you prefer to sign up at-con, that's all fine and good. We'll still have you enter in the information yourself though ^__~Do it! You know you want to! Registering now will save you time and trouble at the convention, will allow you to get right to work, will allow you to be able to see Hayao Miyazaki... I'm new to the community, so I thought I'd say hi =DI do have a question: how does one become a professional cosplayer, or like a booth girl at Anime Expo? I've been cosplaying for a couple of years and am interested in doing Expos. Thanks!

I KNOW they're out there, but all of my Web searches yield resort-type places, or at least places no cheaper than $80/night.Does anyone know of a cheap hotel within walking distance of the con? Is it even conceivable to find one because it will be 4th of July weekend?Thanks muchly for the advice!
