A space-state mathematical model was obtained from the system. The first technique is a basic PID controller and the second one is a nonlinear control method through error feedback using Lyapunov function techniques. Finally, both controllers are simulated using the mathematical model and then compared.

This controller has robustness against matched and unmatched perturbations, and the capability to reduce the sliding functions gains. Application to an ABS is presented as a simulation example.

In this paper we discuss the possibility of periodic changes in the angular velocity of the wheel's rotation, associated to the existence of specific regimes of ABS activity in the vicinity of maximum value for the contact force characteristic.
In order to improve both resolution and stability of single bit high order Sigma-Delta Modulators... more In order to improve both resolution and stability of single bit high order Sigma-Delta Modulators, quantization noise suppression should be carried out not only at DC but also within the bandwidth of interest. This noise suppression at frequencies different from zero is carried out with the use of resonators. Switched-Capacitor resonators at f S /n can be designed using integrating or delaying elements. In this work, both resonator structures are analyzed with respect to their robustness against the main imperfections presented in a SC implementation. The effect introduced by the operational transconductance amplifiers non-idealities was analyzed together with the effect of capacitor mismatch.

The interest of the model is around the maximum value of the contact force, which physically means that the wheel is closed to a block situation. After this we obtained the characteristic values for every subsystem, and the model is evaluated for a metropolitan transport bus, Finally, considering the constant time for changes on the angular velocity as characteristic time we apply the fractional analysis to obtain a reduced order model of the bus which describes the movement with enough accuracy for the conditions considered.

The convergence of telecom and Internet are yet to be matured enough to effectively solve the major challenges, like quality of service, different kinds of charging, and security. IP Multimedia Subsystems (IMS) techniques are one of the strong contenders to solve the above problems by proposing overlay network architecture. In this paper an IMS design architectures was developed and a mobil client was integrated to the IMS architecture. Simulation system was implemented using "Open IMS core" and as a IMS client a java application running on cell phone. An evaluation performance of IMS client is presented. Our proposal defines an overlay service architecture that merges the paradigms and technologies of the Internet with the cellular and fixed telecommunication worlds. The architecture enables the efficient provision of an open set of potentially highly integrated multimedia services, combining web browsing, email, instant messaging, presence, VoIP, video conferencing, application sharing, telephony, unified messaging, multimedia content delivery, etc. on top of possibly different network technologies.

Then the dynamics for subsystems involved in the braking process are described. The interest of the model is around the maximum value of the contact force, which physically means that the wheel is closed to a block situation. After this we obtained the characteristic values for every subsystem, and the model is evaluated for a metropolitan transport bus, Finally, considering the constant time for changes on the angular velocity as characteristic time we apply the fractional analysis to obtain a reduced order model of a vehicle, for the simulation the parameters of a bus were considered and the result the dynamics with enough accuracy for the conditions considered.

Image comparison is done by correlation. The proposed scheme was tested with hundred of structured images like: cars, trees, leaves, grass, glasses, tables, etc. Features characteristics are extracted from invariant moments, taken from window size estimation. From a query image, a set of features were estimated in order to compare to a set of images. Correlation function is applied to get image similarity, it is obtained a believe percentage value. As a methodology conclusion, we found that the invariant moments combined with principal component analysis gives excellent results in image retrieval task. An exhaustive study was performed with 1000 images.

In this observer the angular speed of the tire is taken as the output and it is used to estimate the internal friction state, the linear speed of the tire and the relative velocity of the vehicle . It is proven that the state error of the observer applied to the nonlinear model is uniformly stable. The observer proposed is based on the solution of a Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) equation . A simulation shows the effectiveness of the suggested observer.
