During the course of this theory-fitting work, we would be considering the field of e-commerce; f... more During the course of this theory-fitting work, we would be considering the field of e-commerce; from its meaning, nature, classifications, its effectiveness, how secure such transactions are and most significantly, if Nigeria is really ripe to experience it on a larger scale. While combing through the various ideologies posited in respect of the subject-matter, this work would help in expanding the frontiers of knowledge on the field of e-commerce and by so doing also proffer reasons as to why (or why not) Nigeria should embrace it and also provide factors that can enhance it been well grounded. Thus, creating an utopian commercial society of sorts.

In the course of this work, we would be considering avenues through which the scale of equality (... more In the course of this work, we would be considering avenues through which the scale of equality (which is heavily skewed towards the males) can on the long run be balanced. In order 1 | Page to achieve this, we would be employing a feminist legal theory platform to propose possible law reforms that can (in effect) drive home this cause. Illustrations would be provided in helping to paint our (theoretical) utopian society. We would also examine and critique the ways in which legal notions of discrimination and rights make demands for gender equality appear dissonant and even unjust. How discrimination law fails to provide a means for achieving such equality. I would conclude by discussing how present day forms of reasoning (especially legally) deter the attainment of equality, and how a change in our thought process could bear fruits in reducing gender inequality

The aim of this work, therefore, is to draw on existing literature in order to proffer steps that could be taken in dealing with the plague of plagiarism.
