Bambino takes great care in how we source ingredients like the organic, Central Texas flour we get from Barton Springs Mill. We purchase from farms and producers that also treat their workers and animals humanely.

Building upon the progressive restaurant model they set forth at L’Oca d’Oro–and Orman’s role in co-founding Good Work Austin, where he now sits on the board–the pair again incorporate employee-focused business practices at Bambino, including direct primary care health memberships, subsidized mental health benefits, paid time off, predictive scheduling and base wages that ensure employees do not have to rely solely on tips for the bulk of their wage!
