Another SUPER easy dish made with simple ingredients also good for a baby.
Cook two yellow Italian squash and two medium sized sweet potatoes very well. Seed the squash. Peel the sweet potato if you haven't already. (I cook it with skin on because I pressure cook it, but you can cook it peel off too.) Cut up squash, sweet potatoes, and one banana into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Serve luke-warm.
Sounds like a weird mix, but it's quite tasty. It's a sweeter dish, so I tend to give it to my monkey for dessert. You can replace cinnamon with nutmeg if you'd like or use them both.

Real easy, real tasty, 3 ingredients.
Cook white potatoes and beets until tender. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Stick 'em in a sautee pan with a bit of oil. Lightly dust with onion powder. Cook until just firm around the edges. Serve.
My baby loved it too. Really healthy, really easy, really quick. Enjoy.
