So I'm not sure how many people know about Google's feature the awesome start page(that is literally what its called) well its basicly where you can choose your home page from sooo many different ones..and they've got things like TV shows,movies, music, and video games!

Well they have a request list..and you just put in a request for what you want. Well guess what?! Bare is on the list. And itsn't the last in the music request section..acutally its in like the 4th collum! And so if people send in their request they'll create a Bare start page. Wouldn't that be awesome?

They did one for RENT..they could easily do one for Bare! ^^

SO! To get to my point. (besides the awesome fact that Bare is on the list) go here then go to the request list..fill out the tiny form. I put "Bare A Pop Opera" and that's what shows up on the list...but you can only submit your request for one certain thing once a day or something like that. So also spread the word and get others to request Bare!

Also I hope everybody's ordered the album!

So were any of you guys at the production in New Jersey last month? I was, twice, and it was amazing. I thought it would be fun to make a post with a sort of survey about what everyone thought of the production...

Who was your favourite member of the cast and why?
Were there any other standouts?
What was your favourite scene and why?
Any others that should be mentioned?
What was your favourite change from the New York production?

Who Saw it? I had the amazing privlage of seeing it twice, and it was amazing... so much more them I expected it to be... The cast brought so much more realism to the characters.. is that a word? whatever, they made them into much more realistic people.. not just characters, but people you would believe you knew... some of the more emotionaly moments sent shivers down my spine... And the direction made so much more sence... Not that I don't love the NY cast and direction, I do, but alot of the Jersey elements just made more sense. Epiphany, Portrait of a Girl, 911! Emergency, Rolling, One, and One Voice were true examples of the brilliant combination of spacing, direction, and coreography... the audience was, in more ways then one, part of the experience.

They were so amazing in fact, then when I went back, I made several of them dolls. this was some of the nicest group of people I've ever met... my best experience with a cast ever.

Good afternoon, my fellow Barees! I thought that this community would be getting a little more active with the upcoming production and everything else that's going on, but I'm afraid that isn't the case. So I thought to myself, "Self, how can we liven up the Bare community?"

So here I am with the proposition of a Bare Friending Meme, so that those of us who don't already know each other can get to know each other, and we can collectively squee about the wonder that is Bare: A Pop Opera.

So, because I lack a life, i rewrote the bare synopsis that was on Wikipedia out of boredom. It was nine pages longhand, and is 1999 words long. Like I sadi, no life. Anyway, without futher ado, my synopsis.

Enjoy, and feel free to let me know anything you think could use editing, or go in and edit it yourself. :)

So in another attempt to liven this place up, I made a Peter/Jason fan videoo. I've never done one of these before, ever, so it's probably not all that good. And obviously the video's not the best. Buutt it was fun to make and if for nothing else, watch the Peter/Jason goodness!

i just randomly came across this casting call, but i have no clue if it's the real deal or what. in any case, i think it's kinda funny that they were looking for a "dark complected" peter, yet they cast the whitest white boy ever. matt, too, was supposed to possibly be african american.

just trying to liven this place up! and i thought it was pretty interesting.

I was talking to a friend a few days ago and she said that she saw paralells between Bare and Rent. I've been trying really hard to find them, but I can't seem to. Does everyone else see them and I'm the only one? If so, what are they? So far, all I've come up with is that they are operas the style of modern music (be it, one is pop and one is rock).
