As we step into 2025, I have been reflecting on everything we achieved together in 2024—a year of innovation, intense collaboration, and shared commitment to doing good. It has been incredibly inspiring to meet many of you—customers, colleagues, and partners—and to hear your aspirations. Seeing your passion, creativity, and dedication is a powerful reminder of what makes our industry so unique and special. As we embark on this new year, I’m filled with excitement for what’s to come.
