I s'pose I'll start with a bit about myself. I'm a sophmore (class of '08), and I sort of got recruited freshmen year on my first day of school. I was walking right past the bench when Briel welcomed me, then Katie and Meggie showed me around the upper school. I hung out at the bench for a while, but due to the lack of other freshies, I floated around from place to place. I've since found a happy home in the mini commons, but starting this year, I've begun to spend a large chunk of my time each day at the bench as well. I'm sad to say that the bench seems much different from what it used to be, but maybe restoring it to its former glory will happen sometime during my holland hall career? that would be loverly.

So, if anyone's got some wisdom to share, stories of years past, etc, I'd love to hear.
