Where is it?: An undulating park south-east of Ashbourne along Haines Road and overlooking Lakes Alexandrina and Albert. Haines Road runs from Signal Flat Road to Wattle Flat Road. Parking is available along Haines Road.

History: This park was proclaimed in January 2014.

Habitat: The vegetation is comprised of pink gum (Eucalyptus fasciculosa) and cup gum (E. cosmophylla) with a dense understory of Acacias and mixed heath. Along the eastern boundary towards Wattle Flat Road there is scattered South Australia blue gum (E. leucoxylon) over native grassland.

Total Species Recorded to Date: 95 (non-passerines 38, passerines 57)

Common Species: Common Bronzewing, Superb Fairywren, Brown-headed Honeyeater, Red Wattlebird, Brown Thornbill, Grey Shrikethrush

Less Common Species: Peaceful Dove, Rainbow Bee-eater, Buff-rumped Thornbill, Black-faced Cuckooshrike
