Democracy is about people. The work of building resilient democracy is about people, too. In this video, we capture the spirit of the people who make IFES’s work happen: our staff and our partners. These are people who do so much more than offer analysis or observation about the state of democracy—they do the challenging, often undersung work of building and fortifying the institutions that make democracy function. Our comprehensive video provides an in-depth look at IFES' work to support fair and transparent elections around the world.

From providing technical assistance to electoral management bodies, to implementing programs to empower underrepresented communities to participate in the democratic process, IFES and our partners make a difference.
