Sonia Chavez (CEO & Founder),and Zaudy Miranda (VP, Recruitment) will guide us in this interactive workshop to craft both personal and professional goals to create our 2025 Vision Boards.

Sonia Chavez, Founder and CEO of The CAZA Collective, has over 20 years of expertise in recruiting and talent acquisition, including her tenure as the head of Talent Acquisition at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). The CAZA Collective is a staffing firm dedicated to the Diamond, Gem, and Jewelry sectors, offering tailored talent solutions. Under Sonia’s leadership, the firm launched CAZA Connect, a career center designed to connect professionals with opportunities and support employers in finding top talent within the industry. Sonia’s dedication to fostering connections reflects The CAZA Collective’s mission to promote growth and excellence in jewelry-focused recruitment. She holds an MBA in Management & Operations and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Women’s Studies.

Zaudy Miranda, Vice President of Recruitment at The CAZA Collective, brings 17 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, along with deep industry knowledge from her work at GIA and in the luxury sector. She holds a GIA Applied Jewelry Professional (AJP) Diploma and serves on the Boards of the Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA) and the GIA Alumni Collective. Zaudy is committed to advancing the Diamond, Gem, and Jewelry industry through her leadership and involvement in CAZA Connect. Under her guidance, The CAZA Collective offers recruiting services, career resources, and professional development solutions for job seekers and employers. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
