Well hopefully someone here might know the answer to this and be able to helpme out. I was living in West Auckland a few years back and I guess it was early in 2000 that I went to a big party in Albany ( I think) huge party at someones house, big bon fire and all that. Well there was a live band playing in the house, the house got pretty trashed. I didnt think much about this until recently when I was converting some videos I made there over to DVD. Well I heard someone say the band was called Blindspott. So I really checked it out, I only have maybe a minute or 2 of footage, and the band just had 4 members then, but is this the same Blindspott?

[ mood \| curious ] When I first saw the video for Yours Truly I almost died. It was just amazing. It was one of those things where I had to sit there in awe as goosebumps ran through me. The song is fuckin great! If anyone hasn't seen it yet, go right over to the site. Dooo it! You'll regret it if you don't. I still get excited listening to the song.I also snatched a part of the video and made a gif out of it.

curious ] When I first saw the video for Yours Truly I almost died. It was just amazing. It was one of those things where I had to sit there in awe as goosebumps ran through me. The song is fuckin great! If anyone hasn't seen it yet, go right over to the site. Dooo it! You'll regret it if you don't. I o no ] Hey peoples, um, i joined dis community 4 two reasons, one I FUCKING LOVE BLINDSPOTT!!!!!!!! (soz for ma french) an 2 cos i wnt to meet otha nz people on live journal, my comp makes it hard tho, i cant leave comments on peoples things, or reply to comments left on mine....sssoooo....yea its kinda tricky:(anyway hi all, I just moved to chch, i have seen blindspott all of 0 times :'(!!!!!!!and yea if u wnt 2 know more jus cheak out ma pro, GO BLINDSPOTT!!!

[ mood \| complacent ] "Blindspott are currently writing songs for their new album, and are planning to release a brand new single in New Zealand and Australia at the beginning of 2005." from Blindspott.co.nzThey are releasing their debut album in Japan right now on an independant label apparently with much support from the local music scene and a touring Japan with US band "The Used" to further promote it. Hi, Im new, big Blindspott fan, looking forward to the new single and album.

Hi im sarah im new to the community, ive seen blindspott 5 times and love them hard out, and i normally listen to punk but yeah blindspott are really good.

Read on one of the Blindspott fan sites rumour is they are playing Uni Orientation or something in Palmerston North soon.

[ mood \| embarrassed ] Well I will post, and I will post another link to this in my journal coz I know there are more people that will join this :) I found this community through the Blindspott Finatiks fan site which I think is the best Blindspott fan site out. I should have some pics of Blindspott from the Civic gig in December up on my website soon, so I will post a link when they are :)
