Inappropriate nutritional behavior is a common cause of nutritional issues among adolescents, oft... more Inappropriate nutritional behavior is a common cause of nutritional issues among adolescents, often leading to conditions like underweight and anemia. This study aimed to assess the impact of nutrition education and behavioral change-based support on the nutritional status and hemoglobin levels of adolescent girls. The study included 75 adolescent girls aged 16-18 years from Singosari Village, Gresik District, chosen through purposive sampling. Over a 30-day period, intensive nutrition education and assistance were provided, utilizing various methods such as lectures, discussions, role play, and practical exercises. The results revealed significant improvements in various aspects. Participants exhibited increased nutrition knowledge, energy and protein intake, body weight, nutritional status, and hemoglobin levels after the intervention (p < 0.05). The rise in knowledge was linked to higher protein intake (p=0.009), while adequate protein intake was associated with weight gain (p=0.025). Weight gain, in turn, correlated significantly with improved nutritional status based on BMI/U (p = 0.041). Hemoglobin levels also significantly increased, shifting from 11.6 + 0.2 mg/dl (low) to 13.4 + 0.1 mg/dl (normal) after the intervention. This improvement in hemoglobin levels was linked to increased energy intake (p = 0.012) and a change in the practice of consuming iron supplementation, shifting from no usage to weekly consumption. In conclusion, nutrition education and behavioral change-based support can effectively enhance energy, protein, and iron intake, leading to improved nutritional status and hemoglobin levels among adolescent girls.

Berdasarkan data kinerja dalam bentuk KPI dari beberapa karyawan, teridentifikasi karyawan belum mampu memaksimalkan kinerjanya pada aspek tertentu, padahal Perumda Bank Gresik tengah menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang ketat. Hal ini terjadi diduga karena terdapat karyawan yang mengalami stress, tekanan berlebihan, serta faktor lain yang termasuk ke dalam aspek penghambat motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditinjau dengan beberapa faktor dari masing-masing variabel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif statistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan interview secara terbatas. Adapun penelitian dilakukan di Perumda Bank Gresik selama periode Agustus-Oktober 2023. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, didapat motivasi kerja yang dimiliki oleh para karyawan diorientasikan pada kebutuhan secara terbatas terutama gaji atau penghasilan sehingga para karyawan tidak memprioritaskan penilaian kerja sehingga berdampak pada kinerja karyawan.

Pengangguran yang semakin tinggi di Indonesia akibat dampak dari: pandemi Covid-19, PHK di perusa... more Pengangguran yang semakin tinggi di Indonesia akibat dampak dari: pandemi Covid-19, PHK di perusahaan, dan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk Indonesia menjadikan wirausaha sebagai solusi alternatif yang efektif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik sebagai institusi pendidikan turut membantu pemerintah guna meminimalisir masalah pengangguran. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pemberian materi pendidikan kewirausahaan diseluruh fakultas dan diharapkan profil lulusan mereka salah satunya adalah wirausahawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi antara pendidikan, pola pikir kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa FEB UMG. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner serta dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini: Pertama, terdapat interaksi antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap pola pikir kewirausahaan sebesar 4,743 (T-Statistics). Kedua, terdapat interaksi tetapi tidak signifikan anatara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat kewirausahaan sebesar 0,761 (T-Statistics) dan ketiga, terdapat interaksi tetapi tidak signifikan anatara pola pikir kewirausahaan terhadap minat kewirausahaan sebesar 0,502 (T-Statistics).

Terlepas dari berbagai kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh toko online, sebagian besar pelanggan harus mengevaluasi kredibilitas toko online atau penyedia e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model minat dan keputusan pembelian pelanggan pada belanja online. Model tersebut terdiri dari kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan, keamanan transaksi, ulasan pelanggan online, minat beli, dan keputusan pembelian. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan program SPSS versi 20. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 responden, pengumpulan data penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Variations of Fabrication Business. From 2018 to 2020, therefore the authors are interested in conducting research to determine the effect of Leadership, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Work Facilities on Employee Performance (Study at PT. Varia Usaha Fabrication). The purpose of this study was to determine leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, work facilities on employee performance (study at PT. Varia Usaha Fabrikasi) Gresik. The sample uses a non-probability sampling technique as many as 54 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linier regression analysis prove that leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Varia Usaha Fabrication business. The results can be proven that with the leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, work facilities that have been implemented can improve employee performance at PT. Varia Usaha Fabrication. PT. Varia Usaha Fabrication Gresik should be able to pay more attention to factors that can affect employee performance in the company. There are limitations of research using questionnaires, namely: sometimes the answer given by the sample does not show real situation.

They also play an essential role in the development of the national economy. Female workers have limited time in their roles as wives, mothers, and household managers. Hence, they get two roles as workers and housewives at once. High job demands over a long period can trigger work stress, which results in an employee experiencing various problems, such as often feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted. This situation is called burnout. Burnout has an impact on decreasing the performance of an employee. This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflict and burnout on the performance of female employees at PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Surabaya 60000. The problem arises from complaining of occupational burnout, feeling bored with monotonous work, and working assignments on weekends. This research was driven by female employees of PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Surabaya 60000 who are married. The sample of this research is 53 people. This research used a purposive sampling technique, and data collection was achieved by distributing questionnaires. The method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the multiples role conflict and burnout variable have no significant effect on employee performance. For further research, it is hoped that another independent variable will be added.

The company has two activities in sales activities, namely sales in cash or cash and credit or debt. If it is done in cash then the company does not have receivables from related parties, but if it is done on credit then the company has receivables that need to be billed. If the receivables are not paid, it will cause uncollectible receivables, and where this will affect the company's operational activities. This research method uses descriptive qualitative which aims to provide a representation of the condition of the company which is carried out by observation, documentation and interviews. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif statistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan interview secara terbatas. Adapun penelitian dilakukan di Perumda Bank Gresik selama periode Agustus-Oktober 2023. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, belanja online lebih diminati daripada belanja tradisional. Terlepas dari berbagai kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh toko online, sebagian besar pelanggan harus mengevaluasi kredibilitas toko online atau penyedia e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model minat dan keputusan pembelian pelanggan pada belanja online. Model tersebut terdiri dari kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan, keamanan transaksi, ulasan pelanggan online, minat beli, dan keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Kabupaten Gresik. Dengan proses accidental sampling menghasilkan 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan program SPSS versi 20. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 responden, pengumpulan data penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja, variabel kompensasi, dan variabel tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) UPT Gresik.

Variations of Fabrication Business. From 2018 to 2020, therefore the authors are interested in conducting research to determine the effect of Leadership, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Work Facilities on Employee Performance (Study at PT. Varia Usaha Fabrication). The purpose of this study was to determine leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, work facilities on employee performance (study at PT. Varia Usaha Fabrikasi) Gresik. The sample uses a non-probability sampling technique as many as 54 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linier regression analysis prove that leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Varia Usaha Fabrication business. The results can be proven that with the leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, work facilities that have been implemented can improve employee performance at PT. Varia Usaha Fabrication. PT. Varia Usaha Fabrication Gresik should be able to pay more attention to factors that can affect employee performance in the company. There are limitations of research using questionnaires, namely: sometimes the answer given by the sample does not show real situation.

They also play an essential role in the development of the national economy. Female workers have limited time in their roles as wives, mothers, and household managers. Hence, they get two roles as workers and housewives at once. High job demands over a long period can trigger work stress, which results in an employee experiencing various problems, such as often feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted. This situation is called burnout. Burnout has an impact on decreasing the performance of an employee. This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflict and burnout on the performance of female employees at PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Surabaya 60000. The problem arises from complaining of occupational burnout, feeling bored with monotonous work, and working assignments on weekends. This research was driven by female employees of PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Surabaya 60000 who are married. The sample of this research is 53 people. This research used a purposive sampling technique, and data collection was achieved by distributing questionnaires. The method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the multiples role conflict and burnout variable have no significant effect on employee performance. For further research, it is hoped that another independent variable will be added.

The company has two activities in sales activities, namely sales in cash or cash and credit or debt. If it is done in cash then the company does not have receivables from related parties, but if it is done on credit then the company has receivables that need to be billed. If the receivables are not paid, it will cause uncollectible receivables, and where this will affect the company's operational activities. This research method uses descriptive qualitative which aims to provide a representation of the condition of the company which is carried out by observation, documentation and interviews. From the data receivables are analyzed using the age of receivables to calculate the estimate of bad debts.
