This Update Regards the use of my art on chatlands.
New Updates, This will be in effect 4/29/2016

will no longer allowed to be used on all chatlands. I will now have a list of chatlands in which they are allowed on
Currently the chatlands my freebies and premades can be used on are.

If you want to use my art on other chatlands
You must have the owner of the chatland (or co owner/alpha) message me on chatlands, deviantart, or email and they must agree to the following in order for their chatland to be added to this list.
I "username", The owner of "chatland name" and administrators of my chatland agree to checking thoroughly that no art of Bluu's, at BluuWynter.Deviantart.com uploaded is stolen or used without proper consent. This includes user uploaded and administrator uploaded art, as well as public rooms and pose sets. We will not upload premade rooms without permission to the public site, nor will we use any custom rooms or pose sets made by Bluu, unless we have commissioned our own from her. We will make sure our users do not get away with uploading Bluu's art without permission and that they will have consequences whether they be warnings or bans if they break Bluu's ToS.
Is this a contract?
Yes this is a contract, and if you agree to this contract and you break my ToS there will be consequences. Your chatland may even have permission revoked.
Why are you changing your ToS?
Because I feel like these chatlands have responsible administrators that will make sure my ToS is followed. If your chatland or a chatland you know is not on the list it is probably because I am not familiar with the owners/admins there and am not comfortable letting my art on there without knowing if they are responsible enough to make sure my ToS is followed.
What gets a Chatland Permanently Prohibited ?
The chatsites that are listed in my permanently prohibited section have misused my art in one way or another. Usually if my art is taken without permission and used publicly I will kindly ask for it to be removed, if it is not removed the chatland will be put on this list.
Owners and Admins will have a chance to take the art down. I believe in accidents and mistakes, but I will not tolerate if you refuse to take my art down. If you will not take it down I will get evidence against you and report you to the server host and creator of chatlands, UnderDog.
Bluu's ToS! Update: The following has been added to my TOS. Please Read. Chatlands allowed to use my art are listed here , you must be in accordance, if you have not yet signed my contract my art is NOT ALLOWED on your chatland. So please take the time to check. Thank you. Character's (Mine) - You may not take any of my characters concepts directly. (ex. Bluu's snowflake pattern), without permission to do so. - You may not use any of their art, references, designs, etc. Re-upload them, trace, distribute, or recreate them in any way shape or form ANYWHERE. I am the sole owner of all my characters and their art and concepts. I have all their art on imgur here - You cannot ask to buy/trade any of my characters unless you are a close friend, and these will always exclude Bluu and Heroine. - If I sell/trade
