Depression is the one of the most frequent psychiatric conditions, that is developed as a result of head injury. The frequency of post-traumatic depression accounts from 6% to 77%. The etiology is still unknown, although one of the main etiopathogenic link are changes in the immunological reactivity.
Aim. Analysis of the main mechanisms of the influence of immune system, triggered by head injury, on development of depression symptoms.
Methods. Data from Web of Science, Pubmed and Google Scholar were analyzed with key words: depression, organic depressive disorder, head injury, immune response.
Results. Current methods in the treatment of the organic depression can’t fully influence on main pathogenic link. It can complicate the treatment and lead to exacerbation or delayed outcomes of the head injury.
Key words: depression, craniocerebral trauma, immune response.

Due to the increased prevalence of depressive disorders, the demand for antidepressants also increases. One of the most popular pharmacological groups is selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. Although, their admission not always can be safe in some categories of patients, among formers can be patients with head injuries.
Aim. Main mechanisms of SSRI negative influence on hemostatic system analysis in patients with depression and TBI. Finding ways to solve this problem.
Methods. The bibliographic databases such as Pubmed, Web of Science and Google Scholar for keywords: organic depression, disorder, depression, SSRI, TBI, hemostasis changes were analyzed.
Results. The general information about serotonin, its role in neurotransmission and the influence on the hemostatic system were studied. There’re shown the main mechanisms of SSRI influence on intra-thrombocytes serotonin. The main risk factors for SSRI admission in patients with depression with TBI were studied. We also have studied the SSRI admission in these painful patients. Some ways of solving the problem of treatment of patients with depression on the background of TBI are proposed.

Депресія є мультифакторним захворюванням, що ускладнює не лише проблему діагностичного пошуку, але й її лікування та профілактику.

The historical and contemporary views on this problem were analyzed, considering modern data on neurochemical mechanisms, which play a big role in the process of creativity, and in the development of mental illness. The role of dopaminergic neurotransmission as one of the main biochemical mechanisms of providing creative ability was highlighted. It was concluded that studying and taking into account the relationship between psychiatric disorders and creative activity, including the role and features of the functioning of neurotransmitter systems, can serve as a means of improving the treatment-diagnostic, preventive and reabilitation care of this category of mentally ill.
Key words: affective disorders, creative activity, dopaminergic system, neurotransmission.

on the system of the strategic paradigma. The analyses of the reasons, of mistakes, which were made
by medicine students, who where taking an license exam on the 3d grade was thoroughly done. It
occurred that the strategy of the sudden substitutions is connected with complex generalization on the
base of the undeveloped conceptions and reflective thinking. The development of the strategic and
reflexing thinking of the doctor is closely connected with the awareness and free usage of the different
levels of the communication

psycho-emotional state, and the dynamics of medical and social rehabilitation.
Materials and methods. Th is study enrolled 50 patients with depression who were treated in TMO “Psychiatry” in Kiev. Participants were divided into 2 groups: 25
individuals with depression aft er TBI, who meet the criteria – (F 06.3); and 25 people with picture of depression which corresponds to (F 32.0 –32.3).
We used the following methods in the study: Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale, Hamilton depression rating scale, a questionnaire to assess quality of life «SF-36», methods
of descriptive statistics.
Results. An inverse correlation of -0.606 at a signifi cance level (p<0,01) was found. It confi rms that an increase in depression level lowers rates of physical health component,
and most patients with F 32.x noticed it. However, patients with F 06.3 diff erentiate deterioration in both physical and mental health at lower level -0.485 and -0.438 respectively,
with (p<0,01). In a subjective assessment of depression, patients with F 06.3 tend to overestimate both health indicators and depressive symptoms.
Conclusions. Patients with organic depressive disorder less likely to diff erentiate decrease in mental and physical health component (for SF-36) comparing with patients
with aff ective mood disorder, depressive episode. Patients with organic depressive disorder have a reduced criticism of the disease and a lower level of adherence to therapy. To
make the right diagnosis of depressive disorders one should use both subjective and objective scales of depression. Th is allows you to fully estimate the attitude of the patients to
their own mental health, to determine readiness for rehabilitation.
