This research aims to identify the factors influencing teachers, improving discipline at public senior high school 96 in Jakarta, and formulating strategies to enhance it. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the implementation of Sharīʿah values in Islamic banks op... more The purpose of this paper is to analyze the implementation of Sharīʿah values in Islamic banks operating in Indonesia. The research uses survey data taken from 240 respondents from types of Islamic banks operating in Indonesia. These consist of three full-fledged Islamic banks namely, subsidiaries of state-owned and private conventional banks and the Islamic business unit of a conventional bank. Each Islamic banks survey respondents represented 30 employees and 30 customers. The results of the study show that in general there are differences in the implementation of Sharīʿah values among Islamic banks. Our findings also show different perceptions between Islamic bank employees and customers in terms of Sharīʿah value implementation in the respective banks. From the four Sharīʿah principles measured, justice was found to have the lowest score compared to other principles such as brotherhood, benefit and balance.

The decline in performance of PT. KHMI will be an interesting phenomenon to study. The research purposes was to discover the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership towards the employees performance at PT. KHMI via motivation as a mediator. The research method used was quantitative based on causal relations. The data used were primary data that obtained from observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research sample are consisted of 120 people out of 170 employee populations of PT. KHMI. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling which proceeds by Partial Least Square (PLS) through Smart PLS software version 3.2.8. The results indicates that organizational culture and transformational leadership had a positive and significant influence towards the employee performance at PT. KHMI both directly or indirectly through motivation as a mediator.

Small, micro and medium enterprises (MSMEs) need to be provided with Islamic financial literacy including products, services and various financing contracts at Islamic banks and Islamic financial institutions, so that small, micro and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can find solutions to find working capital financing. in the context of developing its business. For this reason, the Community Service team from Mercu Buana University Jakarta will hold an activity "Sharia financial literacy for MSMEs, a solution to obtain business capital." This activity is carried out virtually through the Google Meet application. The number of MSMEs participants who took part in this activity was 27 MSME actors and 8 lecturers from Mercu Buana University participated. The research method used is a quantitative approach with causal research. The research population is 96 teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri, Jagakarsa Subdistrict, South Jakarta City. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling technique so that the sample number of 96 teachers. Research data is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Quantitative data analysis methods use multiple linear regression methods. The analysis tool used is SPSS version 26.0. The results of the F test showed that competence, communication, creativity and work environment had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Even though, there is a imbalance in utilizing land-based waqf in Indonesia. Most of it are served to religious-based activity rather than productive action. The aim of this research is to formulate an optimizing strategy on land-based waqf development in Indonesia. The priority consideration factor affecting nadhir also be inspected as a strategy formulation basis. ANP (Analytic Network Process) method is equipped in this research. Result shows that management capability is the priority aspect to nadzhir’s decision in utilizing land-based waqf. Lack of competency becomes the most highlighted problem in that aspect. Fortification towards the regulation is considered to be the optimizing strategy in development land-based waqf in Indonesia. Business Process Reengineering of Funding on Indonesia's Islamic Banks. This research attempts to... more Business Process Reengineering of Funding on Indonesia's Islamic Banks. This research attempts to analyze the value chain of Islamic banking business processes and to develop a business processes model on depositors' funds in order to improve the performance of Islamic banks. Four models of Islamic banking operating in Indonesia are used as the objects of the study. This research applies qualitative study (exploratory) approach and utilizes primary data obtained from questionnaire and interviews. This data are then processed by value stream mapping and process activity mapping. This study shows that the waiting time for services is the sub-stage of business process that does not have value added and categorized as pure waste based on VSM criteria. The reengineering of business process of the third party fundraising may reduce collection time up to 1490 minutes for corporate customer and 22 minutes for individual customer.

Rekayasa Proses Bisnis dari Pendanaan pada Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rantai nilai pada proses bisnis perbankan syariah dan melaksanakan pemodelan kembali proses bisnis penghimpunan dana pihak ketiga (DPK) untuk meningkatkan kinerja perbankan syariah. Obyek penelitian adalah empat model perbankan syariah yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Data berasal dari data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan wawancara. Tipe penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan wawancara diproses dengan pemetaan rantai nilai dan pemetaan proses berdasar aktifitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sub tahapan proses bisnis penghimpunan DPK yang tidak memiliki nilai tambah adalah waktu tunggu. Rekayasa proses bisnis dapat memangkas 1490 menit pada proses bisnis penghimpunan DPK nasabah korporat dan 22 menit pada nasabah perorangan.
