This movie has more emphasis and explore more about the meaning of the word "family" more than those shitty Fast and Furious movies
This movies shows the struggle of a mexican America family (Sanchez family) who lives in los angeles, Focusing on the challenges that this immigrant family faces while being lighthearted, it also limelights the dark sides of gang culture, the focus on family bonds and Cultural identity , it is definitely a must watch movie

One of the best director movie marathon period
I need to watch his most popular work Paris, Texas, Which to no ones surprise i never got the privilege to watch.
If we exclude the romance, I swear Haibane Renmei is somewhat reminiscent to this movie, The whole experience of understanding life and re experiencing it, the similarity in atmosphere and the rich symbolisms in both of the media really makes me love this director even more
