In the 2.5 years I have not been deleting my OUT messages I have accumulated exactly 10,000. On Livejournal in 4 years I have posted 33,185 comments and received 39,189. So not including emails that is around 80,000 postings/messages. It strikes me as rather a lot.

My Dad has entered a get rich scheme. He has stuck £25,000 into a friend's venture. He has some land but does not have the capital to build the houses/offices so he has various people chipping in for 'guaranteed' high returns. I think after one year you get 1.5 times your stake. I'm not sure if it is a sensible investment or not. The guy doing it is kosher and his accountant and solicitor are all investing.

This weekend will largely centre around work. This overtime I am doing is growing fast. I've learnt quite a bit from it which I've put into use in my main job but over the next couple of months I need to do perhaps a further 100 hours work and then from there until September I need to do around 80 hours. The money will come in handy, but even so.

Civ was canceled last night so instead I rented a couple of films. I saw Nanny McPhee which was not as good as I expected and I saw Red Eye which surpassed expectations. I really enjoy tense thrillers like this.

Why does my office smell of delicious food? It is not quite lunch time and I am not too near any food places. Hrm. It annoys me cos it always makes me feel so hungry.

I like how the LJ spell check does not recognise the word 'Livejournal'.

LJ is quiet today. Noone on my flist has updated in 3 hours and very few comments are being left.
