REPRODUCTION 1880's 3 Piece Gown. This is a sample of the'Whitehall Gown' by Victorian Gothic Clothing (www.myspace.com/victorian\_gothic\_clothing) and has only been worn for the above photo shoot for a total of about 30 minutes. It usually retails at £225 ($405). Suitable for Victorian occasions, a wedding dress, prom dress, special times when you want to stand out from the crowd. (Photographed over a bustle, which is not included in the auction, please contact if you require a bustle) Low starting price as selling to make room for new arrivals! This gown is made by one person in the Uk and I do take commissions.
Made from black cotton velvet and wine red taffeta which shimmers in the light with faux victorian fancy jet buttons.

Bodice skimms the shoulder with fork pleating to the neckline front and back. Fully boned, lined and interlined and fastened with buttons. Fancy button detail on the back.
Under skirt length from natural waist is 42 inches (107cm) and is trimmed with wine red fork pleating and full in the back to be worn over a bustle if desired.Fastened with hook and eyes.
Over skirt is VERY bustled and can be worn separately over other things or on its own as part of a Burlesque outfit. Trimmed with lace and fastens with hook and eyes.
