comfortable beds, nice window views. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the old city and main train station. Liked that the staff was helpful and attentive. Enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. One more advantage was the central location, making it easy to explore the city.
Disliked that the service didn't match the hotel's grandeur. Some staff members were cold and unfriendly.

The paper cups provided in the bedroom were inappropriate for a hotel of this caliber and caused leakage.
