_11:37 am_[diannadinoble] Eggs Florentine and a high chair please! I am dying for eggs florentine, and it's been ages since we went out for brunch. Does anyone know of anywhere on Queen West or the Annex who serves decent eggs florentine and would also have high chairs for kids? (6 Comments |Comment on this)

_4:33 pm_[diannadinoble] Tortilla Flats! Looks like we found another baby friendly restaurant. I have been craaaaaving their Kitchen Sink Dip, so we went to Tortilla Flats at Queen and Spadina (they seem to have just opened one up across from Java House too). THe place was full of people with babies and moms to be on a busy Saturday afternoon. Lunch was so good and minimal fussing occurred, the food was also easily eaten while holding a squirming baby ;) (2 Comments |Comment on this)

_9:11 pm_[ex_sarcasti] Amazing how things turn out We went out for brunch today and had a ranting raving toddler yelling to all of San Francisco lovely jibberish (basically amounting to "you want me to eat WHAT?!?!?!")...then I saw this group and had to join... Just for the record...I am Kar, Jake is the Toddler (18mo) and Mike is the dad...we are a geeky fam (Jake got a toddler laptop already...undoubtedly hell be coding before he decides to grace us with any spoken verbage). We live in a crazy spongebob infused world...I cant wait to here more stories about other parents who are trying to grab a bite despite forks flying off the table and food flying by nice couples who are enjoying a mimosa...Nice to meet you...Kar Current Mood: crazy (2 Comments |Comment on this)

_8:34 am_[mcbloom] ass exodus Iz, diannadinoble and I are doing the dime tour of middle of nowhere this weekend. Highlights will include Orillia and Peterborough, and as a result, I have nothing to offer for brunching except a promise of rising to the challenge next week. Remember ... you are keeping the anarchy alive while we are out of town. (1 Comment |Comment on this)

_1:51 pm_[sooguy] Awesome idea for a community. In the 12 and a bit months since our son was born I don't think we've attempted to eat out more than a couple of times. When he was too little it seemed insane to try to have a meal in public and find somewhere to breastfeed. Since he weened himself though it seems a little more plausible.I'll have to pick a local spot out here and report back how child friend it was.I really like your slogan - Even Breeders Need to Eat Out Sometimes. _12:53 pm_[mcbloom] Welcome. We had an awesome time with friends Cassidy and Attila and their daughter momo on Saturday at Sneaky Dees. Its a dirty dingy little bar that serves all day greasy tex mex. At any point in the afternoon that had about six or seven kids running around amongs the 20 something hung over students from U of T.Hope to see you there ! (Comment on this)
