Technology has made it possible for the higher education ecosystem to adapt to the different need... more Technology has made it possible for the higher education ecosystem to adapt to the different needs of students and to interact with them remotely when face-to-face interaction is impossible. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between interaction and online learning satisfaction and whether this relationship is mediated by academic self-efficacy and student engagement among 175 Bosnian high school students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The questionnaire was used to collect the data from the participants. The findings suggested that the participants feel confident while using the Internet, are pretty self-directed, and do not lack interactions or satisfaction with online learning. In addition, the findings indicated that while grade level and GPA do not significantly influence students' satisfaction levels, the amount of time spent online and gender significantly influence it, with males reporting higher levels of satisfaction. This study aims to discover how ESL students view code-switching by English language instructors in secondary schools in Tuzla. Despite many monolinguals' belief that speaking only one language is the norm, multilingualism is... more Despite many monolinguals' belief that speaking only one language is the norm, multilingualism is common in societies worldwide. It is commonly known that many multilingual nations live near each other, are divided by political bounders, immigration or colonisation. In these latter scenarios, multilingualism and a societal phenomenon occur. Multilingualism and bilingualism are natural phenomena that have lasted for centuries in every world region where people and languages have come into contact. Europe, both before and after the Middle Ages, was no exception. We have seen new demands for multilingual practices in the context of globalisation, for economic and other reasons, and young people's language practices in cities worldwide, as they create meaning with their diverse linguistic repertoires. Today, we see young people and those around them using various linguistic resources to construct and negotiate their social worlds.
