Bug Description
It's impossible to get a report with intltool-update if you are not using autotools. If intltool-update is executed in the po subdirectory all you got is an error:
% intltool-update -r
Cannot find top_srcdir in Makefile. at /usr/bin/intltool-update line 1146.
