Running the Hotspot jtreg tests using agentvm will decrease the test execution time quite a bit.

Initial benchmarks on my fairly modern machine with a fastdebug build:
Othervm (this is what we currently run): 4h5m
Agenvm (still without concurrency): 1h45m
