According to Centre against sexual assault (CASA) definition of Male rape is ‘’A male becomes a victim of sexual assault when he is forced to engage in unwanted sexual activity9”. Although male rape is considered to be committed by males, but report shows even females constitutes a portion as perpetrators10, however male rape during wartime is mostly perpetuated by male soldiers. It was a common believe that any kind of sexual abuse against male during conflict is a planned part of psychological warfare, but male-rape by UN peace keepers11 poses a serious question against the validity of that believe. For a longer period of time it was believed that only women faces sexual abuse during conflict, but male-rape emerged as opposing this popular believe, although with fewer reported cases comparing the female cases. It would be timely endeavor to explore the causes of why male rape is underreported such way.

It is true that it reduces private and public-sector efficiency when it enables people to assume positions of power by patronage rather than ability; it distorts the financial transparency and economic environment; and in some extent, corruption introduces instability, chaos and anarchy in civil society/ life. In the context of Bangladesh Civil Service recruitment process, corruption is the most challenging reality and a threat. The vast amount of the people are victims of corruption. Corruption by a limited number of powerful greedy individuals and failure of leadership, good governance and institutions to control and prevent corruption should not be considered as evidences to believe that the majority of our population are most corrupted.

Students must develop a "tension... more Students must develop a "tension for change" before new material is learned. Therefore, a needs assessment generally precedes curriculum change in order to identify what the target population thinks they already know about a subject. Undergraduate medical education in India is a 4(1/2) -year course. This is followed by a 1-year internship before the new physician can practice independently. To assess the level of awareness in palliative care concepts among final-year students at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India. One hundred eleven final-year students participated in a survey study 6 months before graduation. The data were collected after the survey and the responses were analyzed. The reported theoretical knowledge of palliative care concepts was better than the level of confidence in performing practical aspects of palliative care. Before this survey, we hypothesized that medical students in India would have low levels of self-reported understanding of palliative care and its components. In contrast, they reported a high level of understanding of palliative care but very little understanding and confidence in performing the associated skills. From this, we conclude that these medical students are ready for instruction in the practical skills of palliative care.
