68 High-end Duplex and Simplex Apartments, Penthouses, Sky Terrace Club House, Gym, Pool, Spa, Management Offices, Underground Parking

The Scotts Tower will be a 153 meter tall tower located at the corner of Scotts Road and Cairnhill Road, within a short walk to Orchard Road, Singapore’s most famous shopping street. With 20,000 m2 of built floor area, the building will provide 68 high-end apartment units with panoramic views. Four distinct apartment towers are vertically offset from one another and suspended from a central cruciform-shaped core. The skyline of floating towers relates to the surrounding building volumes and explores the most attractive views towards the city center and an extensive green zone to the north.

The design strategically maneuvers within a highly regulated building environment to maximize the full potential of the site. By reinventing the configuration of the building core, the Scotts Tower liberates the potential arrangement of apartment units, providing individual private access to each apartment. The design reinterprets local regulations, and enables the elevation of occupied building area, introducing column-free flexible “white plan” layouts, and maximizes the green area on a limited compact site. The lifted apartment towers reduce the building’s footprint to a minimum, liberating the ground level for extensive communal leisure activities embedded in a tropical landscape.
