- Join us on Wednesday, November 27th for another thought-provoking webinar led by Farhad Davaripour, Ph.D. and Mike Morley! In this session, we’ll introduce a powerful integration: Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using Abaqus, building on the foundation laid by the design agent discussed in the previous webinar. We will explore how FEA, when combined with Agentic AI, can enhance engineering simulation workflows across AEC, energy, and environmental sectors. Through this integration, Agentic AI optimizes design processes by automating repetitive tasks, dynamically adapting workflows with real-time data, and minimizing manual intervention, resulting in more efficient, accurate simulations that keep pace with evolving regulatory standards. This integrated approach accelerates project timelines while maintaining the precision necessary to meet rigorous compliance requirements. If you have an interest in emerging technologies in the field of AI, come join us! To register: https://lnkd.in/gsRb5gTu

Join us on Wednesday, October 23rd for an informative webinar led by Farhad Davaripour, Ph.D. and Mike Morley! In this session, we’ll showcase an applied use case of Agentic AI—specifically targeting pipeline design standards and demonstrating how AI can support engineering tasks across AEC, energy, and environmental sectors, where adherence to regulatory requirements is critical. We’ll dive into the Design Agent, a ReAct AI agent designed to interact with complex guidelines like the ALA 2005: Guidelines for the Design of Buried Steel Pipeline. This agent goes beyond simple information retrieval—it can autonomously apply various sections of the guidelines and assist engineers in executing and validating detailed calculations. All are welcome! Please register here: https://hubs.ly/Q02T08SV0 -

Last week, members of our team had the pleasure of attending the International Pipeline Conference & Expo. We kicked off the week by presenting a tutorial on “Practical Applications of Machine Learning and Generative AI in Pipeline Engineering”, led by Eric Nosal, Farhad Davaripour, Ph.D., and Shahani Kariyawasam Ph.D., P.Eng. It was inspiring to see so many industry professionals eager to explore the future of AI in pipeline safety and operations. Throughout the conference, we were captivated by insightful technical sessions and exhibitions. Key highlights included innovative work in pipeline safety and integrity. Industry experts shared case studies that provided valuable lessons from the field, which demonstrate the ongoing efforts to enhance risk management. A big thank you to the ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) for hosting this event. Thank you to the speakers and attendees who connected with us and gave us new ideas throughout the week. We are leaving with a renewed interest in driving innovation in pipeline safety and engineering! - Arcurve reposted this

We recently partnered with a leading Canadian energy company to revolutionize their pipeline integrity assessments. Our solution involved migrating our client’s infrastructure to AWS. We created a unified platform that allows business users to identify when pipes need to be repaired. This allows our client to run their industry-leading threat management algorithms at scale. By leveraging the power of cloud computing, our client completes their assessments up to 50% faster. They can view operational risks sooner, which saves them time and money. This solution aligns with our client’s commitment to safety and sustainability while catalyzing their business development and innovation. The impact: 💰 Readily available field data keeps their project budget and schedules on track 🛠️ Pipeline integrity forecasts ensure that faulty pipes are repaired properly 📈 Transparent, trustworthy data analysis provides confidence in their operational decisions We are proud to deliver software solutions that target the unique challenges in the energy industry. If your business is looking to enable operational efficiency through cutting-edge technology, let’s connect! - Several members of our team attended the #ToastSummit at Platform Calgary yesterday. What an incredible community-building event that sparked valuable discussions and takeaways around championing more women in tech. 👏 Thank you, Toast, we're already excited for next year's summit! 🚀#WomenInTech #Community #YYCTech
