More than 235,000 Canadians experience homelessness each year. That’s why TELUS has increased our commitment to over $16 million through 2027, to expand our #HealthForGood programme and provide primary healthcare services to people in need across Canada. Our newest clinic, in partnership with ASK Wellness Society in B.C., will service Kamloops and Merritt, and plans to support over 4,000 patient visits annually. As the region is facing increasing rates of overdoses and homelessness, alongside other pressures on the healthcare system, our Health for Good programme will make an important difference in the lives of people most in need of this support. - Thank you, Kamloops Pride for another amazing Kamloops Pride Week! ASK staff and their families, along with program participants, came together to celebrate love, acceptance, and inclusion. We were honoured to proudly march with the Tkemlups te Secwepemc float during the parade! The community support and presence made this celebration truly special. Together we shine brighter! ✨🌈#kamloopsbc #kamloopsprideweek #loveislove
