- Reflecting on 2024: The Impact of Blue Door's Hospital In-Reach Worker 💙🏠 Last year, our hospital in-reach worker made a real difference in the lives of many. With 650 referrals, we connected individuals to vital resources. 256 people were diverted from the streets, finding safety and support. And 106 individuals successfully transitioned from emergency housing to stable solutions. Thank you to our partners and supporters for making this possible! Our goal is to make the best use of the space and serve our community more directly, and with the support of the J.P. Bickell Foundation, we are currently building 14-stacked townhouses! These will provide affordable and accessible housing to vulnerable individuals and families that are experiencing homelessness in our community. Blue Door extends its heartfelt gratitude to the J.P. Bickell Foundation for their invaluable support in the redevelopment of Kevin's Place! 💙
