Winnie : Lorsque j’ai commencé à travailler à la Banque CIBC en 2020, un client souhaitait acheter des fonds communs de placement. Ce n’était pas mon domaine d’expertise, alors j’ai communiqué avec Rose. Elle a effectué un suivi et mis en place les placements. Le client était très content. Depuis, nous collaborons toutes les deux. Rose : Je suis tout à fait à l’aise de travailler avec Winnie et ses clients. Au fil des ans, nous avons établi une solide feuille de route. Les clients invitent souvent leurs amis et les membres de leur famille à nous rencontrer pour que nous puissions répondre à leurs besoins financiers. Nous travaillons également avec de nombreux nouveaux arrivants au Canada puisque nous avons toutes les deux été dans cette situation. Winnie : Les occasions de collaboration régulière nous aident également, Rose et moi, à offrir des services plus globaux et intégrés. Winnie: When I started at CIBC in 2020, a client wanted to purchase mutual funds. It wasn't my area of expertise, so I reached out to Rose. She followed up and set up the investments. The client was super happy. The two of us have been collaborating ever since. Rose: I feel completely comfortable working with Winnie and her clients. Over the years, we've developed a strong track record. Clients often invite friends and family to meet with us and support their financial needs. We also work with many newcomers to Canada since we've both been in that position ourselves. Winnie: Having opportunities for regular collaboration also helps me and Rose provide more holistic and integrated services.
