A congratulations and thank you post. Daniel Lobatón is leaving Rethink for another opportunity. While here, he’s done incredible things. He has helped grow our New York office, led great work and a while back he hired the amazingly talented Tara Lawall. We are excited to see them both continue to do their thing. What is Independent’s Week? If you’re just tuning in, it means that all Rethink offices are fully OOO for the first week of July. Our promise to our people is that they’ll do the best work of their careers at Rethink. And setting the conditions for award caliber work fits with that promise. That’s why in September we wrote down a big hairy audacious goal: “2024 Cannes Independent Network of the Year ” But the ‘how’ was just as important as the ‘why’. So we created a detailed plan that every Rethinker had a part to play in, no matter what the department. And today, we did it.
