Hottest day of summer. Chicago_. TRIGG and KYRI host their underground radio show through a haze of smoke and booze in BROAD SHOULDERS Studio_. Across the alley, Vince and Dave are sitting on the porch in the back of their three-flat while Vince’s sister Windy breaks their balls. Last night, a bullet hit RED in the gut at closing time down at the corner deli and now the neighborhood – and SYD – is struggling to stay alive.

Written by UIC alum and screen writer Aniello Fontano, this is his love song to the city and neighborhood he grew up in—our UIC neighborhood. This will be the first play we present written by an alum and taking place in our neighborhood.
