Description
This tape contains an interview with Philip K. Dick, who was the author of various science fiction novels, including "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?", "The Man in the High Castle", and "Flow My Tears, the Policeman Said". The tape begins with Philip discussing authors such as Harlan Ellison, and what it means to be a writer. He goes on to talk about the differences between writing for book publishers versus magazines, and the quality that is allowed or not allowed by the two mediums. Towards the end of the tape he talks about writing books, and the difficulties that novice writers face when starting out.
