Thus, utmost care should be given while recording and maintaining transactions. 'Cloud Accounting' is a solution to the recording of transactions of a business and making it easier to access from anywhere-provided we have an Internet Connection. Cloud Accounting provides solutions as hosted software and SaaS. Before we enter into the concepts of Cloud Accounting, we shall explain the concept of Cloud Computing, how it works and differences between Cloud Computing and Software as Service (SaaS). Advantages are more over the disadvantages of cloud accounting. This paper is about the advantages and disadvantages of cloud accounting and also about some cloud accounting softwares such as Sage 100Cloud, QuickBooks Online, Xero and Zap Accounting.

It provides on-the-go services regarding funds transfer with added security, which is adopted throughout the country. Recently, COVID-19 pandemic shook the entire world, which rose due to contamination. Therefore, physical payment systems ceased slowly and digital payment systems such as IMPS, NEFT etc. among these payment systems, UPI (unified payment systems) emerged as an entirely revolutionary payment method. However, despite of the added features, previous studies have shown that the UPI adoption is very slow in the rural parts of India. Literatures show that there has been very few research on the acceptance pattern of UPI in the rural districts of West Bengal. Hence, the present study is an attempt to understand the factors which affect the acceptance/non-acceptance of UPI payment systems. The present study is conducted in two stages. In the first stage, the factors are identified, and in the second stage, these factors were tested for biasness in various demographic factors. Findings suggest that rewards, convenience, and technological factors are biased among occupation, education and location demographics respectively.

Digitalization is occurring in every place of the world throughout every sector. Likewise, the ph... more Digitalization is occurring in every place of the world throughout every sector. Likewise, the pharma industry is a part of this evolution. Though for India, e-pharmacy is a newly introduced medium of trading, despite that, this sector has grown significantly within less than a decade. Along with the market change, there is a change in the behavior of the customers as well. From the different studies on e-commerce, significant socioeconomic factors like gender, age and income have come up as significant factors determining the attitude towards online shopping. Considering these factors, in this study we will determine the relationship among those actors, by including two more factors - education and occupation, which will help to build a better strategy for the business decisions of pharmaceutical companies based on Kolkata region. Spearman rank correlation and “Multinomial Logistic Regression” was used to understand the relationship among the select factors which determine the nature of online shopping for pharmaceutical products.

The deadly virus lead to lockdowns affecting various economies around the globe. Due to this, various sectors were affected, including the education sector. Various levels of education were impacted due to sudden closure of schools and colleges. Educational institutions actuated online methods of teaching in order to resume the learning process of students from home. Higher Secondary Education level is important, because it marks as an entry line to Higher Education. It is therefore important to assess the impact of COVID-19 on the higher secondary education system. An effort has been made to study the current situation of teaching-learning process, whether the teaching methods have been changed due to the introduction of online education and what are its impacts on the students, how are they responding to this new mechanism of education, and therefore overall impact on the higher secondary education.

The year 2020 will be remembered forever for this pandemic. We all are fighting against this virus in our own battlefields. Every event in history changed people's lives, so will do the COVID-19 virus. The living style of people will change certainly after the demise of COVID-19 era. Everything will be called the new normal, and people will be habituated in the new normal. One of these habit changes would be shopping online. The lockdowns have caused the shops to close down, and people started to shop online for their necessities. As the pandemic spread, people stopped shopping in stores and started to shop online. This study reveals the perception of people towards online shopping in the current situation, which might become the new normal after the COVID-19 pandemic. The suggestions might be of help to various businesses to decide whether to implement digital selling systems or not. At the end of this study, it will be clear, how COVID-19 changed the perception of consumers towards online shopping.
