Hi, this is my first post here. I hope this community isn't all dead. *bites lip* I wrote a couple of Cam/Vala fics 4 or 5 years ago, but since they were featured pretty explicit sex scenes I couldn't very well upload them to FF.net. *blushes* And not being a part of any Cam/Vala communities or archives, I didn't know where else to post them except my own LJ. I've since joined AO3 and I love their acceptance of all ratings and all pairings and just anything you'd ever want to write or create. So, even though some of you may have read these fics before, I still wanted to plug them here in case there were any new fans that came aboard and hadn't read them yet. :)

AUTHOR'S NOTE: I wrote this years ago when I was an active member of GateWorld.net's Daniel/Vala Ship thread. At the time, we were discussing how Vala was very quiet and mellow at the end of "Origin," and then back to her "old" self at the beginning of "The Ties That Bind." The thing is, as much as I love Vala with Daniel, she seemed to have a lot of chemistry with Cameron too, and this episode tag sorta came to me one night. It feels somewhat believable to me, well as believable as two almost complete strangers having sex can be.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: This is in the same alternate universe as my other C/V fic. Again, as much as I love Vala with Daniel, she seemed to have a lot of chemistry with Cameron too. I doubt this fits in at all in the episode. I actually didn't care if it fit, I sorta just wanted to write some more C/V smut. *blushes*
AUTHOR'S NOTE (10/7/2012): I really hate this title. I think maybe it should be "Who She Wants" but it's been on my LJ for years, and if there are people familiar with this fic I don't think I should go changing the title. But I wish I could. :(

Notes: So, first time for this fandom and pairing. I hope i havent messed it up. Hopefully it's all good though. And I'm going to say it's set sometime in season nine. It's based on 'Stronghold' when Cam, yeah... Oh and hopefully it actually makes sense. ANYWAY.

maverick0324 and myself are writing a Cam/Vala thing... as a rule I don't post WIPs so I don't plan on posting it to my fic journal until it's actually finished. Since we're leaving it fairly open-ended... I have no idea when it will be finished. There are three chapters up now at A03, with a word count of around 11k. (Just as a hint to how long this thing might run - our other Cam/Vala series is around 200,000 words right now... and not finished.)
I wanted to share it with my friends on the Cam/Vala gateworld thread though, so I've started posting the chapters on Archive of Our Own. I'll be posting at least one chapter a week, with the exception of next week when I'll be off ogling Ben Browder's ass at the Farscape convention.
Sol's Diner
Stargate SG-1 AU starting around 9x01. Vala is hiding out on earth while she tries to fix her cargo ship, and Cam is struggling trying to put his team back together. Rated NC-17 (as a whole - individual chapters vary).
