Most Recently Kendra has served as General Counsel for Connected, a leading vertically integrated California cannabis company headquartered in Sacramento, California and prior to that General Counsel at Grupo Flor and VP and Associate General Counsel at Chiquita Brands International, Inc. and managed all of the legal affairs for Chiquita in North America and for their various entities such as Fresh Express and TransFresh.

Kendra has counseled public and privately held product developers, licensees, cultivators, dispensaries, product manufacturers, testing facilities, and technology companies at all growth stages. She also has significant experience leading companies though large M&A transactions, regulatory investigations, product withdrawals, recalls, and other corporate emergencies like media responses and crisis communications.

In 1997, Kendra received her B.A. with honors from Washington State University before

continuing her educational career at Santa Clara University where she served on the Law Review and received her J.D. in 2000. Kendra currently holds admissions to both the California State Bar and the Washington State Bar.
