The condition of the patient is worsened to extent that he is on peg feed, being bed-bound, and feeding through tubes. As the patient is suffering from mental disorders, sometimes being attacked by seizures. According to Spindler et al. (2017), seizures can be closely linked with learning disabilities because the condition can lead to biochemical and structural brain abnormalities. In most cases, seizures lead to speech-language disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and specific learning disabilities. Moreover, Kahraman et al. (2019) identified notable cognitive functioning influences after seizures with memory impairment. In this patient's case, it merely influences the learning disability as the patient fails to remember daily life problems. Memory impairment leads to minor forgetfulness and low concentration in a patient, which has grossed disorientation and consciousness. It is the reason the patient faces difficulty with abstract reasoning, completing domestic work, and correcting solutions on own. Due to seizure, the patient suffers involuntary muscle movement, a neurological muscle disorder, and abnormal functioning as the brain fails to control movement coordination. The history of the patient somehow reflects "Drug Use" and "Substance Intake", which lead to depression, anxiety, and stress, enhancing mental disorder in the patient. The patient, when assessed somehow reflects the history of drug use in the past. Drug use can be a great reason impacting the physical and medical condition of the patient. Ko et al. (2018) described that people who are high on drug use in their lives, usually suffer from inattention, depression, impulsivity, and hyperactivity because substance use influences their brain development. Due to drugs, cannabinoids get into the blood and quickly go through the placental barrier because of their lipophilic nature, affecting the mental and physical health of the person. Another research on the people suffering from stress, anxiety, and depression was carried out in which after knowing the history and origin of depression in people was revealed as a heavy drug in taken by their mothers during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester.

GPA is an average of all the disciplines that a student partakes over a period of study. Emma McDowell states that in ideal situations institutions allocate subjects weights that correspond to their levels of complexity; advanced placement courses have more weight than less involving ones such as physical education. An ‘A’ in Environmental Science, therefore, has more points than an ‘A’ in Physical education. However, many institutions give equal weight to all subjects; hence, begging the question on the suitability of using GPA to classify students. This paper tries to determine whether students’ gym grades should be included while calculating their GPAs.

Advanced practice nursing roles vary by description, title, and regulations between nations. According to the Nursing Midwifery Board of Ireland (2017), two primary APN roles common in Ireland include clinical nurse specialist (CNS) and Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs).

THE IMPACT OF EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN ARGOS FIRM, UK, 2023

Thus, this study attempts to determine the influence of employee engagement on sustainability in Argos, UK. Additionally, the findings will be used to develop effective strategies, which can be used by Argos and other organizations as a benchmark to increase their employee engagement levels and the resulting sustainability. A quantitative study was conducted on 60 respondents working at the organization. Survey questionnaires were adopted to assess the different aspects of employee engagement, including how communication, leadership style, and work environment. Gallup Q12 was verified with other scholarly studies that have applied it in data collection. This assisted in determining the validity of the measurements gathered from the respondents. The cross-sectional study used the demographics or profiles of the participants and descriptive statistics to explore the collected data. The results displayed that there is a positive influence of employee engagement on sustainability in Argos. However, there is room for improvements in factors such as mitigating job stress and recognition of workers for their efforts at work, which disengages employees at work resulting in reduced organizational sustainability. This study recommends that Argos management should further promote facets, such as job satisfaction, a positive work environment, and inclusive work culture, which have been found as major drivers of employee engagement. Additionally, the management should ensure workers are well conversant with its missions since this will ensure that their efforts at work align with the organization's sustainability approaches for sustainable development to be optimally achieved.
