Terms of Service
- All Payments must be in USD
- I have the right to deny any commission that comes my way, as well as increase the price if the commission is difficult. I will give my reason for doing so.
- References (minimum of 2) must be provided during form submission or the request will be denied.
- All commissions will be used to help promote my works, both on and outside of Social Media.
- All commissions (whether by the user or artist) will not be converted into NFTs, Crypto, or any item related to the Blockchain.
- All commissions (whether by the user or artist) will not be used for AI-generating programs.
- You are allowed to use artwork and designs for social media posts, overlays, panels, stream alerts, profile and banner images but must give credit. (Those who buy the Commercial Rights will not be restricted to these).
- Payment will be collected after the acceptance of the Lineart; Refund will not be accepted after payment.
• If Commssions are specified as upfront payments (ex. Emergency Commission), partial refunds are allowed until the Lineart is agreed upon.
